All residents, regardless of pet ownership status, are required to complete and maintain an accurate Pet Screening profile as part of their lease obligations. This profile serves as a formal acknowledgment of our pet policies and must be updated annually to ensure ongoing compliance.

Non-Pet Owners:

Even if you don't own a pet, it's crucial to properly report any guest pets to the community manager to maintain our pet-friendly atmosphere. Rest assured, no fees will be charged to residents without pets.

Pet Owners:

If you're a pet owner, you must register your pet through our Pet Screening process. Unregistered pets are subject to fines and possible termination of the rental agreement, so be sure to comply with this requirement.

Service and Support Animals (ESAs):

We understand the importance of service and support animals for some residents. PetScreening will review all reasonable requests for ESAs and ensure residents with verifiable documentation can have them in their homes free of charge.

Pet Agreement and Restrictions:

Only pets expressly registered on the Pet Agreement may reside on or visit the premises. Pet sitting or temporary care of other animals without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Violation of these policies may result in fines and termination of the lease agreement.

Penalties for Unauthorized Pets:

The presence of unauthorized pets on the property incurs a $250 fine for each instance of violation. Any requests to keep a pet on the premises must be formally approved by the owner in writing.
