How much is the Security Deposit?

Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent.

What do I need to qualify?

Minimum 650 credit score from Experian. Applicants with a score below 650 will not have their income considered toward the net 3x rent requirement. The combined net income must be at least 3x the monthly rent. Clean rental history with no evictions. No felony criminal charges.

What type of income verification do you accept?

All applicants must complete the Income Verification section of the application. W-2 Employees: Submit two most recent consecutive paystubs, or a new hire/transfer letter from your employer including position, start date, and compensation. Self-Employed Applicants: Submit two years of 1040s showing adjusted gross income and a trailing 6-month profit and loss statement.

What's the Pet Policy?

We welcome cats and small dogs weighing 50 lbs or less. Limit of 2 pets per household. PETSCREENING is required for all applicants as part of the application process. Visit our landing page for more details: https://framela.petscreening.com

Do I need to apply for each rental property separately?

No, your application is suitable for any of our available properties. The application can only be processed for one property at a time. If you are approved, it can be transferred to another property for income recertification.
