Frame Community Lounge and Deck Reservation
FrameLA tenants enjoy exclusive access to our communal lounge and deck! These spaces are perfect for small gatherings and may only be reserved for non-commercial, not-for-profit activities.
Reservation Guidelines
- Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Available times: Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday 10:00 AM. Large gatherings are not permitted during the week.
- Reservations are not available on major holidays (Thanksgiving, July 4th, New Year’s Eve, etc.), as the communal areas are open for all residents to enjoy.
- Requests can be made by emailing admin@frame.la or by sending a calendar event request to the same address.
Please include the following in your request:
- Date, start time, and end time (maximum of 6 hours)
- Type of event
- Guest count
- Renter name and unit number
A rental usage agreement will then be sent to you via your tenant portal for completion and signature.
