We're excited to offer our Frame LA tenants exclusive access to the communal areas! This amenity is perfect for small gatherings and is available for not-for-profit activities only. Here are the details you need to know:

Reservation Procedures:

• Duration: Maximum of six (6) hours per reservation
• Available Hours: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Advance Booking: Reservations can be made up to four (4) weeks in advance and must be submitted at least four (4) days before the event date.

To Reserve, Please Include the Following in Your Inquiry to admin@frame.la:

• Date of Rental
• Time of Rental (duration)
• Type of Event
• Guest Count
• Renter Name

A rental agreement will be sent to you through your tenant portal for completion and signature. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged after use if the area is not cleaned and restored to its pre-rental condition.

Important Guidelines:

• Receipt of payment acknowledges your agreement to all the rules within the rental agreement.
• Consecutive or recurring bookings are not allowed.
• No unit may use the community room more than twice in a 30-day period.
• Community rooms cannot be reserved for more than six (6) hours at a time.
