Refer a friend to us, and if they become a new qualified tenant, you'll receive a $500 rent credit*.



Here's how you can take advantage of this opportunity:


  1. If you know someone who's on the lookout for a great rental property, don't hesitate to refer them to us.
  2. When your friend decides to apply, ensure that they mention your name on their application. This step is crucial, as it's the only way we can identify your referral.
  3. As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive a $500* rent credit once your referred friend is approved and moves in.


Qualifications for the Referral Fee


To be eligible for the referral fee, please make sure you meet the following criteria:


  • You should currently reside at a property managed by FRAMELA, LLC and be listed on the lease agreement.
  • You must not have submitted a 30-day notice to move out.
  • The new applicant(s) must meet FRAMELA, LLC rental requirements.
  • The new applicant(s) must sign a minimum 1-year lease agreement, along with all required documentation and addendums.


After your referred friend is approved and becomes a tenant, they must stay at the property for a minimum of 60 days, consistently pay rent and other charges on time, and maintain good standing with FRAME.
